We ship pan India from Hyderabad. Every order is made before it's dispatched — here's exactly what to expect.

How it works
Because every piece is made to order, your order goes through two stages before it reaches you — production and delivery.
Day 0 — You place your order. We get to work making it. Day 1–2 — Your order is produced, quality-checked, and packed with care. Day 2–3 — Your order is dispatched from Hyderabad. You'll receive a tracking link. Day 4–7 — Your order arrives at your door, pan India.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.
For orders below ₹1,499, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Tip — most of our products qualify for free shipping. If you're close to the threshold, adding another item is often worth it.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, reach out to us and we'll sort it out.
Important to know
We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched — but we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
