Every What The Type order is made to order, so your gift is created just for you before it heads out.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery options (India)
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 days after your order ships.
- Express Delivery: 2–3 days after your order ships. Express orders are made and shipped on priority, so they leave our studio earlier too.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather or festive-season volumes.
Free shipping & freebies

International orders
We ship internationally on request. Message us with your order details and delivery address, and we'll share a shipping quote before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow it to your door.
Address & contact details
Please double-check your shipping address, pin code and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Undelivered orders (RTO)
If your parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll get in touch to reship it. This includes an incorrect or incomplete address, no one being available to receive it, the parcel being refused, or calls from the courier going unanswered. Before we reship, you'll need to pay the return-to-origin (RTO) charges plus the cost of shipping it again.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy. We'll replace it for free as long as you report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
