Where's my order?
Every What The Type order is made by hand after you place it, then shipped from Hyderabad. Here's what happens.
How it works
Order placed. You'll get an order confirmation email right away.
Made and shipped within 1–2 business days. We make, check and pack your piece, then send you a tracking link by email or WhatsApp. Express orders are made and shipped on priority, so they leave us earlier.
Delivered. Standard delivery takes 4–7 days. Express delivery takes 2–3 days.
How to track
Once your order is shipped, open the tracking link we send you to follow it to your door. You can also see your order status in your confirmation email by clicking "View your order".
Haven't received a tracking link?
If it's been more than 3 days since you ordered and you don't have a tracking link yet, message us with your order number and we'll check right away.
