We do not offer refunds as all our products are customized and personalized to your specific requirements. However, we do offer replacements for damaged products, provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that shipping charges and RTO (Return to Origin) charges are borne by the customer, and the damaged product must be shipped back to us for the replacement to be processed.
